wireless adapters
What sort of wireless technology? IR, WiFi, Bluetooth? LTE?
For what function? Shutter control? Flash? Liveview? Tethering?

For tile transfers, tethering, etc:
No. Recent bodies have built-in wi-fi, less recent bodies can use the O-FC1 FluCard for wireless live view and transfers.

For flash:
You can use wireless flash or a third-party transmitter

For releasing the shutter:
There is no OEM wireless remote other than IR, but third-party radio wireless remotes are available.

Its remote live view functionality is compatible with the K-3, K-3 II, K-S1, 645Z only (no future bodies).

Its wireless file transferring functionality works with any camera.
