BRBNMPL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Welfare Officer / Chief Welfare Officer:

(1) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
(2) Degree or Diploma in any Social Science with Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare as their papers or subjects.
(3) as adequate knowledge of the language spoken by the majority of the workers in the factory.
(4) Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years for Chief Welfare Officer and 05 years for Welfare Officer posts.

✔️ Safety Officer:

(1) A Degree in any branch with two years' experience in a position of supervision
3 or management in a factory in either the production or the maintenance or the safety department in Physics and Chemistry with five years' experience in a position of supervision or management in a factory in either the production or the maintenance or the safety department, or a diploma in any branch of engineering or technology recognized by the State Government with five years' experience in a position of supervision or management in a factory in either the production or the maintenance or the safety department.
(2) A Degree or diploma or certificate in industrial safety.
(3) knowledge of Bengali.
(4) Can speak Hindi.

BRBNMPL Recruitment Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. Meeting the criteria doesn't guarantee an interview. If there's a large number of applications, BRBNMPL may raise eligibility standards to limit interviewees. BRBNMPL's decision on this matter is final.
