Ken Clarke: Why I'm voting against Brexit

Former Conservative Chancellor Ken Clarke urges colleagues who believe the UK should stay in the EU to vote with their "consciences".

Mr Clarke, who says he will defy the government by opting against triggering Article 50, tells MPs he has not changed his views on the EU "in the slightest".

He also states that Eurosceptic colleagues would not have voted for a motion to Remain in the EU, had the referendum gone the other way.
