App stalls and completely locks my phone whenever I click the shopping cart to checkout. Phone freezes on loading screen and I can't even manually restart it I just have to wait for my phone restart on it's own. Has been happening for the last 3 days since the begining of the sale started. Update: Cleared cache (again) as suggested. Cleared data. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same issue.

This Samsung app does not work with the Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra. It completely locks up the phone and it's very very buggy. I would not suggest anyone installed this with the Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra. Strangely enough, the app does work with other Samsung phones. Samsung needs to listen to the most current reviews and update this app.!

The Samsung app has been a constant source of frustration for me, particularly when it comes to using it with my Samsung S24 Ultra phone. The app frequently causes my phone to crash, making it incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. As a result, I have resorted to ordering my items through a web browser rather than using the Samsung app. This is a disappointing experience, as it defeats the purpose of having a dedicated app in the first place.
