Can I use 3rd party wireless chargers with the Moto 360?

Moto 360 uses wireless inductive charging technology however, our testing shows that using an after-market Qi compatible charging pad may not lead to a consistent charging experience.  Your watch may not charge properly if it is not correctly aligned on the charging pad.  For this reason, using a Qi supported charging pad with your Moto 360 is not recommended.  

Please note, although using a Qi charging pad will not lead to a consistent charging experience, it will not damage your Moto 360.  Your Moto 360 may also feel warm, but there are temperature sensors that will activate and prevent damage from occurring.
