Body recovered from Cardiff's River Taff following search

Fire service teams searching the River Taff after reports of a body in the water

A body has been found in the River Taff in Cardiff following a search.

South Wales Police were called to the river, near Castle Street, when the alarm was raised at about 14:00 BST on Monday.

Specialist search teams were involved in the search.

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were also initially involved.
