HAL Assistant Engineer Salary:

The HAL Assistant Engineer selected candidates will be appointed with a Scale of Pay ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 120,000, starting with a Basic Pay of Rs. 30,000. Alongside Basic Pay, candidates will receive Variable Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Leave, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc., in accordance with Company Rules. Perquisites are currently set at 35% of the running Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System. Additionally, there will be an annual increment of 3% on the running Basic Pay.
