They argue that OTT services are additive, not substitutes for traditional telecommunications services, and that they are already regulated under existing laws. They also assert that demanding fees from OTTs would be counterproductive, increase costs, limit consumer choice, and hinder innovation. The groups highlight the importance of OTTs in empowering individuals and contributing to economic prosperity.
