I downloaded this to replace Temu, since I foubd that they use some manufacturers which use slave labor, but AliExpress sells a lot of the same products with the same photos. I also resent the extremely large number of emails I've been sent about my order. Each product in my 20 item order got a separate confirmation email, and now over 6 shipping update emails *per* item. And the app is confusing and badly programmed. The cart keeps changing price, every time the page reloads, too! Scam.

After many yrs shopping wkly they offered a VIP service, I signed up for 30 day free trial. NOT WORTH IT! So I've beem trying to cancel it b4 the $20yrly charge. There is no way to contact a live person anywhere anymore, Just a bot with very few option. I picked every scenario possible to the end, Nothing leads to a live agent on app or website. Update, they brought back live people and shipping is back to normal. So far running a lot smoother recently.

Will not let you upload videos or images to prove you've received a broken or non working item so you can make a return. The app seems to also slow your phone from doing anything if you try to send in your returns. Who knows what the app is doing during that time but it seems to be using allot of processing power. Probably Spyware and malicious.
