Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Academic Associate and Assistant positions on fixed term contract basis for a period up to 2 years. The last date for submission of applications is 17th May 2024.

Place of Posting: IIM Visakhapatnam Institute is currently operating both from transit campus in Andhra University and permanent campus in Gambeeram village, Anandapuram Mandal, Andhra Pradesh.

Age Limit:

Not exceeding 30 years as on the last date for submitting the application. Relaxation in upper age will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules.

Monthly Salary (Consolidated):

₹ 25,000 to Rs. 50,000/- depending on the qualifications, experience, last pay drawn and performance in the selection process. Promising candidates with specific/ advanced qualifications, experience and skills of significant value to the Institute can be considered for a higher starting salary.

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Associate:

(1) Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline/ Management; or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology.
(2) Interest in management education, management research and allied knowledge areas.
(3) Work experience of at least one year, preferably in an institute of higher education/research in the relevant areas.

Assistant:

(1) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
(2) Interest in administrative and allied academic support functions/ departments.
(3) Work experience of at least one year, preferably in an institute of higher education/ research in the relevant areas.

Selection Process: The IIMV selection on the basis of following steps:-

Step 1: Online Registration: Begin by registering for the Online Application Form to generate your unique Application Number. Provide all necessary details, create a PASSWORD, and select a Security Question along with its answer.

Step 2: Complete Online Application Form: Log in using the system-generated Application Number and pre-created Password to fill in personal details, select the desired paper, choose Examination Cities, input Educational Qualifications, and upload required document copies.

Step 3: Payment of Examination Fee: The examination fee of ₹ 650/- must be paid online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. Additional processing charges and GST apply.
