アンプラグドのような。期待と違いました。
「Affair of the Heart」なんかプラグドの方が絶対いい。

基本的にはRickがアコギで歌っており、まれにエレキギターと
パーカッション的なドラムが入る。

セットリストは以下の通りで、カバー曲が3曲含まれている。
Macの"Oh Well"を選んだのには驚いた。
意外にもブルース好きだったのね。

I have been a Rick Springfield fan since I was a teen and to finally have some live music in my collection has been fun. I know there is other stuff, but this one just felt right to try. I am having so much fun with it. I love hearing the songs differently and I love hearing him do some different songs. There are secrets he tells us musically and he tells some good stories. It is all up beat and fun, except for the tributes to his father, but those have significant meaning to me too so it is all good. The DVD has different music on it so you aren't stuck listening to the same thing twice if you decide to watch the DVD. I really enjoy this one and it is fast becoming a favorite in my pile of Springfield music. It is good to either get your work done to or just relax with. He can still pump out the music like he did when he first started. And you can tell he still finds joy in it.

j'ai bien reçu,dans les temps,le cd de Rick Springfield , il est toute fois dommage,que sur la fiche produit,il ne soit pas spécifié , quel genre d'album est-ce. En effet,celui-ci, est présenté,comme le dernier lp en date de l'artiste, mais,nul part ,n'est précisé,qu'il s'agit d'un album live ,en acoustique,de surcroît. Ayant toute sa discographie,je me retrouve,avec un disque,ou,tout les titres ,sont déjà ,dans ma discographie.
Il serait bien,que les distributeurs,précisent, exactement,sur la fiche produit,le détail.

Rick is an epic performer and this captures him at his semi-acoustic best. His old classic such as 'Affair of the Heart' and 'Me & Johnny' sound as good as ever and I simply love the simplistic humour behind 'If Wishes were Fishes'! A belter!

Ich hatte lange nichts mehr von Rick Springfield gehört und per Zufall gesehen, dass ein neues Album rauskommt.
Das Album ist einfach nur genial, sehr interessante Interpretationen seiner großen Hits mit unverfälschter rauher Stimme!
Die CD ist noch nicht da, aber der Download machts möglich 😀
Bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass auch noch der Konzertmitschnitt auf Bluray veröffentlicht wird.
