Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Senior Residents / Senior Medical Officer:
(1) Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(2) Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
(3) A Postgraduate degree i.e. MD/MS in the specialty concerned or its equivalent of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent.
✔️ Senior / Junior Demonstrators:
(1) For Medical: A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. A Post Graduate Qualification (MD) in relevant discipline.
(2) For Non Medical: Post Graduate Degree (MA/M.Sc./M.V.Sc.) + Ph.D. degree.
Selection Process: The PGIMER selection on the basis of Test and Interview. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, at examination centers in the cities specified in the following paragraphs. The duration of the test will be 50 minutes and it will consist of 50 questions, each worth 1.5 marks, totaling 75 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer to the objective-type questions. The venue and time of the CBT will be provided on the Admit Cards.
