LG's upcoming LG G3 handset has been fully revealed ahead of its official launch after images were posted on its own website.

The Dutch branch of the LG website published images, hardware specifications and software features less than 24 hours ahead of its launch.

The information has since been removed from the site, but the details reveal the LG G3 will feature a 5.5-inch display with 2560 x 1440 resolution with 538 ppi, a 13MP rear-facing camera with image stabilisation and a 2.1MP front-facing lens, according to Pocket-Lint.

The phone is expected to run Android 4.4.2 KitKat with a customised LG skin, and feature the six most used apps in a semi-circular menu.

It will also sport lightweight metallic casing, wireless charging, a 1 watt speaker with boost amp and a micro SD slot.

The LG G3's user interface appears to include the pinning of favourite apps to a menu for easy accessibility, and claims the phone will 'think with you', offering to delete apps that haven't been used for nine months and asking if a missed call should be returned.

LG will stream the live launch of the phone at 6pm GMT, which can be watched below.
