About this app

AmpMe is the #1 music player that allows you to turn your friends into a portable speaker system! Stream music or videos from YouTube, Spotify, Deezer, SoundCloud or your own Music Library, to sync phones and play the same music or video at the same time on multiple devices – the more phones connected the louder it gets 🔥

Don’t have any friends nearby!? Connect remotely with friends, DJs, influencers, or even strangers all around the world by joining a Live Party that has a lit playlist! 🌊

Sign in with Facebook or Google to connect with friends, follow their profiles and get notified when they start a party. That way you can roast their song choice in the chat, and suggest a new track 😏

How to:

1 - Download AmpMe on your Android device.
2 - Start your own party via Youtube, Spotify, SoundCloud, or your music library or join a party nearby or Live Party if you don’t feel like being the host.
3 - Everyone in the party now will be able to listen to the same music and watch the same video at the same time. 🙌
4 - If you started the party, you’re the DJ and can control what everyone else is listening to. Guests can also add songs in a party - that’s if you want them to.
5 - Chat with friends and react to the music in the party

AmpMe is compatible with smartphones, tablets and bluetooth speakers (Syncs one bluetooth device per phone).

** Deezer & Spotify only available in select countries

One of the worst apps I've ever used. It crashes all the time, doesn't recognize YouTube premium and therefore you need to keep your phone unlocked all the time, pretty much doesn't recognize music services other than Spotify and Deezer, has a lag in Android and therefore Android users cannot sync with iOS users, and ... I can go on more and more.

I know you need profits to improve the app, I get that. Add some ads that play at certain intervals throughout a party. Currently you're asking customers if they want the ability to stream music they have for $40 bucks a month, or if they'd rather have (Spotify + Netflix + Hulu + HBO) I don't know many people dumb enough to choose your service as interesting a concept it is. While your pricing is still problematic I think your quick replies to customers is underrated. (Adding 2 stars for that)

Hi Kale, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. A lot of factors go into our pricing, and we do not take the decision of how much we charge lightly. Having said that, we appreciate your suggestion and will definitely look into it. If you have more suggestions, feel free to email us support@ampme.com. Thanks!

It mostly works, but you have to pay way to much. $9.99/week for those that are curious. For my uses, I wanted to play the same song on multiple Bluetooth speakers, from multiple devices. To use the autosync you need an extra device that is not hooked up to a speaker. I ended up fiddling with the delay manually to get it to work. Later I went to try and use it again, only to be told I would have to purchase a $9.99/week subscription. No thanks, not worth $40 every month.

Hi Joshua. Currently, AmpMe uses Bluetooth 4.1 and 4.2 which only allows one-to-one pairing. We do not support Bluetooth 5.0 yet, but we're continuously working on improving our app to give our customers the best music experience. Email us at support@ampme.com with any questions.
