BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe: This Is It

This image just popped up onAutofilou.at, and it is supposedly the first photo of the brand new BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe, the sedan version of the coupe version of a sedan.

As you know, BMW has started a new naming convention where all sedans are odd numbered and all coupes are even numbered. But then there are the four door coupes, which BMW calls Gran Coupes.

That makes the 4 GC a 3-series sedan with a sloping roofline, and that's about it. It does look quite handsome, that's for sure.

This also means that there will probably be an M4 Gran Coupe, which could make the M3 Sedan totally redundant.

Autofilou says that we'll see the 4 Gran Coupe in full next Tuesday, February 4th.
