Trump lambasted Judge Juan Merchan in his historic hush money trial for the potential he could refuse him permission to get out of court to attend his 18-year-old son's graduation next month.

Former US Rep. Madison Cawthorn crashed his car into a Florida Highway Patrol cruiser, a woman claims in various posts on social media. The incident occurred around 4:30pm on Interstate 95 south heading into Miami, the poster, Alathea Shapiro alleges. Shapiro says in her post that as she was driving, a black sportscar with tinted windows began tailgating her. Moments after she switched lanes to allow the car to pass, traffic on the highway came to a complete stop. When Shapiro came upon the reason for the stoppage, she saw the right-wing culture warrior talking with a Florida State Trooper who was clutching his neck, Shapiro, who describes herself as a social/racial activist, says.

Billionaire heiress Ivy Love Getty - the great-granddaughter of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty - has filed for divorce from her husband Tobias 'Toby' Engel.  The artist and model, 29, called it quits on her marriage to the photographer and actor after four years together according to Page Six. Getty filed for divorce in January. The couple have a prenup in place to protect her billionaire family's assets.

The Democrat , 50, and his wife La'Quetta Small, the superintendent of the Atlantic City Public School System, are accused of beating their daughter on numerous occasions after she defied them over a boy she was dating. According to reported charging documents, when she refused to stop seeing the boy, they carried out a barrage of abuse from December 2023 to January 2024, including beating her unconscious with a broom. Small and his wife are also accused of threatening to 'earth slam' her down the stairs, striking her with a belt, and punching her in the mouth.

Dillon Danis has reignited his feud with Nina Agdal and Logan Paul by mocking the pair following their baby announcement. Danis and Paul fought in a boxing clash back in October, with Paul winning after the MMA star was disqualified for attempting to take his opponent down with a jiu-jitsu move. Their bout had become somewhat of a grudge match after significant trash talk from Danis in the build-up, which included personal and sexist attacks at Agdal, Paul's fiancee.

Terrified mothers have been forced to flee a Melbourne shopping centre with their children after a bloody brawl broke out between a group of machete-wielding men. The group of men brawled inside the Woodgrove Shopping Centre (main) at Melton in Melbourne's north-west at about 5pm on Monday. Witnesses claim the men, who they believe were teenagers, were armed with a variety weapons and were seen waving knives and throwing chairs during the melee. One of the men was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. One shopper said she and her three children hid inside the baby changing rooms with other scared mothers as the brawl unfolded.

Footage shows builders working on the scaffolding outside the landmark building as they were running away from the flames, with a stonemason shouting: 'We have to go down, we have to get out.' One of the workers was Ole Hansen, 60, a bricklayer, who said he noticed the fire on the roof and quickly snapped a picture, before also telling his colleagues to rush to safety. 'I have never experienced anything like this,' Hansen, who was working on the building with 14 others, told Danish outlet Fagbladet 3F and added that he was quite shaken by the inferno. Danes have expressed their horror at '400 years of culture going up in flames' after the huge blaze broke out at the historic stock exchange. Catherine Crumlich, now 57, was just 17 years old when she left her one-day-old baby girl by a stream in Mendham, New Jersey, with the umbilical cord still intact. The death was ruled a homicide after the medical examiner determined the baby was still alive when Crumlich wrapped her in a towel and placed her inside a plastic bag. Her Facebook captures the life she led after relocating and settling in suburban Columbia, South Carolina with her new family, appearing to be a doting mother to two boys. But her good life came to an end when she was sentenced to one year in jail last week after pleading guilty to manslaughter.

Reality TV star MC Thammy, real name is Thammy Caroline, suffered first and second degree burns after filming herself taking part in the ill-advised viral trend for her two million followers earlier this month with friends in Recife, Brazil. 'We spent 15 minutes with our feet on the ice with coarse salt,' she said, recounting the April 6 horror. 'When I took my foot out I never felt such pain in my life. 'The little body could not withstand the abuse: exhaustion developed and breathing problems appeared. But even in this condition, the child was not shown to doctors.'

The torch for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games was lit in ancient Olympia in a traditional ceremony on Tuesday, marking the final stretch of the seven-year preparations for the Games' start on July 26. Greek actress Mary Mina, playing the role of high priestess, lit the torch using a backup flame instead of a parabolic mirror due to cloudy skies for the start of a relay in Greece and France.  It will culminate with the lighting of the Olympic flame in the French capital at the opening ceremony.

Ravi Kumar is only 24 inches tall and weighs just 15.4lbs (7kg) and is believed to be one of the smallest adults in India. Kumar, who comes from Jhansi, in the northern Uttar Pradesh state, is the only member of his family with a growth deficiency. His family said they had taken him to a doctor as a kid, after he stopped growing physically when he was five years old. His mother said that treatment for his condition is 'possible, but we don't have enough money to afford it'.
