A man has been arrested after a body was found inside a car submerged in a drainage ditch.
The body of a male was discovered when emergency services were called to The Causeway in Mark, Somerset, at 05:15 BST on Saturday
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said officers were trying to establish the circumstances of the man's death.
A 27-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been released on police bail.
