The app had been working fine all the way up to when it was time to check-in and obtain my boarding passes. When trying to check-in, the app continues to stop. It just simply stops working. I've attempted on two devices, restarted the devices and tried again, it didn't matter. I contacted customer service, and they weren't able to help with it. I have to check-in with Frontier at the airport, and it's a $20 fee per person, per trip for them to print our passes. 👎

App pages do not fit on phone screen. Text is either truncated, overlapped on top of other text, or not visible on screen without any means to resize or scroll to see text. Frontier pushes you to use this app but the app is not updated with flight delays or gate changes in a timely manner, often hours behind. While trying to book flights using app, the app will freeze up or randomly jump requiring you to enter the same information more than once. Quite frustrating to use.

When checking in: If your name has a suffix, you need to enter that immediately following your last name without adding a space between the characters. They have a note about this but unfortunately, I had to dig to find it. Same thing happened last time and the agent who helped me over the phone struggled to figure out what was going on as well. Frontier: add helpful hints on the app check in screen and/or put that info front and center.
