AA app experience has been horrible. Constantly states it cannot find the reservation. Boarding tickets dissappear after checking in or simply does not pull up. extremely slow to process Regardless of wifi or high speed data connection. Absolute garbage customer experience, please fix this. It is inexcusable that this has not been addressed for a premier airline. American Airlines, you are a premier airline, correct? Please fix the app.

To be honest, it seems like the only thing it's good for is checking in and boarding passes and updates on flights. It's pretty much useless for using inflight Internet (there seems to be no way to access that, despite what the brochures in the seatback say). Half the time it seems like the app doesn't want to load, and it has very limited functionality, no customer service support, way to check account, etc. I'm not that impressed

While the flight attendants and pilots were fantastic the app is horrible. It locked up & wouldn't let me view boarding passes an hour prior to flight. Couldn't board our resolve, app locked up my trip so the kiosks couldn't print pass. Missed flight, causing missed connecting flight. Arrived 8 hours late to destination. When app manually fixed by support staff, it canceled me return flight. 2 hours on hold to get new return flight. No plans to ever use American airlines again. Horrible App
